Product information
W6 BLACK Coatwax
W6 Black is a new-generation high-performance polymer wax with an exceptionally long-lasting sealing effect and excellent resistance to alkaline cleaners and environmental influences. Until now, this level of resistance was only found in permanent sealants (ceramic coatings).
W6 Black seals not only painted vehicle surfaces but also unpainted plastic parts. White marks on adjacent plastic parts after polishing are now a thing of the past. Thanks to its unique formulation based on high-quality natural and synthetic ingredients as well as modern polymers, W6 Black delivers outstanding gloss properties and an unprecedented water-beading effect (Hydrophobic properties that ensure a perfect beading and sheeting effect).
This premium sealant also impresses with its extremely easy manual or machine application on all paint and plastic surfaces and its pleasant, natural coconut scent. Unlike ceramic sealants, W6 Black contains no hazardous, high-solvent ingredients. APPLICATION For paintwork showing signs of wear, we recommend pre-treating the surface with our premium sanding or polishing compounds. W6 Black is then ideally applied by hand using our handy black application puck (black puck symbol) in circular motions, or by machine using an eccentric polisher and our very soft black Softtouch waffle sponge.
The paint surface should not exceed 30 °C during application. Please note: After a flash-off time of 3–5 minutes, any sealing residue can be easily wiped away with one of our lint-free MicroPLUS finishing cloths. W6 Black contains a reactive polymer that cures quite quickly when exposed to oxygen in the air. For this reason, we recommend applying it in stages.
Example: Apply W6 Black to a section of the roof and wipe it off after a processing time of approx. 5 minutes; only then proceed to the adjacent vehicle surfaces.
Application on plastic: Painted areas and adjacent plastic parts (e.g., bumpers) can be sealed very efficiently in a single step, either manually or by machine. This saves a lot of time, which commercial customers in particular appreciate! On unpainted plastic surfaces, W6 Black can penetrate deep into the plastic, thereby permanently sealing it. Wiping off the polishing haze on plastic parts is often not necessary.

Mega Produkt
