Hemos creado un set de eliminación de rayaduras con componentes de alta calidad que garantizan un resultado óptimo, incluso para principiantes.  Todo lo que necesita es un destornillador inalámbrico en combinación con nuestro compuesto de pulido de alto rendimiento S2 Black y un pad para pulido . En pocos pasos podrá eliminar microrayaduras superficiales y tambien rayaduras algo mas profundas al aparcar. La limpieza de este tipo de rayaduras por parte de un taller especialista puede salirle muy caro. Aumente de esta forma el valor de su coche antes de venderlo. EL Kit incluye: 1x compuesto de pulido de alto corte S2 Black - creado para el segmento profesional - recomendado por restauradores de vehículos de todo el mundo (100g)  1 x disco adaptador para maquinas destornilladoras inalámbricas estándar (!destornillador inalámbrico no incluido en el kit! ) 1x pad de lana natural para pulido (almohadilla) para eliminar rayaduras profundas 1x pad naranja para pulido de alta calidad, creado para rayaduras ligeras y medias 1x paño de microfibra, sin costuras para limpiar la superficie de la pintura Cómo eliminar arañazos ligeros ? - La pintura debe limpiarse antes de pulir y debe estar seca . Lo mejor es pasar anteriormente el vehiculo por el lavado automatico.  - Aplique unas gotas del S2 Black en el pad naranja de pulido y distribúyalas uniformemente por la pintura.  - No encienda la máquina hasta que la superficie no este uniformemente extendida con el producto.  - Pulir uniformemente la superficie mojada durante unos 30 segundos. Limpie suavemente y sin presión la superficie con el paño de acabado - ¡Listo!  Eliminación de rayaduras extremas - Cómo hacerlo ? - La pintura debe limpiarse antes de pulir y debe estar seca. Lo mejor es pasar el vehiculo una vez por el lavado automatico.  - Aplique unas gotas del S2 Black sobre el pad de lana y distribúyalas uniformemente por la pintura.  - No encienda la máquina hasta que el pad de pulir esté uniformemente colocado sobre la superficie de la pintura.  - Pulir uniformemente la superficie de la pintura durante aprox. 30 segundos. Limpie despues la superficie con el paño de pulido suave sin ejercer presión.  - Si es necesario, repita el proceso varias veces hasta eliminar las rayaduras. -Vuelva a pulir la superficie con el compuesto S2 Black y el pad naranja, si no ha conseguido eliminar la mayoría de las rayaduras. Limpie a continuación suavemente la superficie y sin presión con el paño para el acabado, listo.  Los pads pueden limpiarse a mano con agua tibia y reutilizarse una vez completamente secos.  NOTA: Para eliminar rayaduras extremas y más profundas, debe pulir la zona dañada varias veces y añadir siempre algo más de compuesto de pulir. Si la superficie de la pintura se calienta demasiado, debido a un pulido prolongado (más de 1 minuto), haga una pausa y deje que la pintura se enfríe. Si la rayadura es más profunda que la superficie transparente superior de la pintura del coche, puede que se elimine por completo. Sin embargo y por regla general, a menudo es posible reducir significativamente la longitud de las rayaduras profundas. Después de pulir con el set eliminador de rayadurass, a menudo sólo quedan pequeñas zonas de rayaduras profundas, que sólo pueden verse de cerca. + - What kind of polishing pads is SCHOLL offering and how do they differ from one another?

Polishing pads are made up of different materials and come in different shapes and sizes. The choice of the right kind of pad, however, depends mainly on the application and required cut. Lambskin polishing pads have given rise to one of the most common misconceptions we have about polishing pads. The lambskin pad is the most abrasive polishing pad with the highest cut that we know of. The differences between the various polishing pads are as follows:

+ - How and when should the polishing pads be cleaned?

If the pad begins to dust or stick during polishing, it is time to clean and remove the accumulated dirt and used polish from it. The easiest way to do this is by using the cleaning brush. Simply press the brush against the rotating pad at low speed and allow the bristles to brush the dirt out. After polishing, all pads can be washed out with water and a little cleaning agent. Note that lambskin pads should be left wet and re-attached with the Velcro face onto the polishing plate in order to prevent them from shrinking and losing their shape.

+ - The polish often splatters when I use the polisher. What am I doing wrong?

This can be caused by various reasons:

a) The polisher is turned on before bringing the pad into contact with the paint (frequent beginner’s error)
b) Polisher speed too high
c) Too much polish
d) Tilting of polisher / formation of dust when polishing edges
e) Use of new pad that has not yet been worn in
f) Fresh pad, into which the polishing compound has not been distributed evenly prior to polishing

+ - What needs to be considered when using a new polishing pad (foam, lambskin or microfibre)?

1. Make sure that the entire surface of each new pad is coated sparingly and evenly with the required polish. (Note: Any part of the pad that is not coated with polish may cause micro-scratches.)
2. The rubbing compound should be spread across several points onto the paint surface with the pad and then distributed evenly and rubbed in (BEFORE TURNING ON THE POLISHER). The aim is to have sufficient unused rubbing compound over the entire surface in order to ensure a uniform cut.
3. Now set the polisher/pad onto the paint surface and check whether you have set the polisher to the right speed.
4. The actual polishing process can now begin. Switch on the polisher.
5. Proceed by applying the compound in a criss-cross movement. Make sure that the area of the surface you wish to work on is not too large. Always remember: you should be able to cover the selected surface from one comfortable position.
