Das Set kombiniert eine leistungsstarke Extra-Heavy-Cut-Politur mit einer fein abgestimmten Hochglanzpolitur gegen Hologramme – präzise aufeinander abgestimmt für den gewerblichen Einsatz in Lackierbetrieben.
Die Shock2Cut Extreme Heavy Cut-Politur wird in Kombination mit dem SpiderPad navy-blue (Cutting) verarbeitet und ermöglicht das sekundenschnelle Ausschleifen von Schleifriefen (P1200 - P1500), Staubeinschlüssen und Fehlstellen auf frischem Lack – mit maximalem Abtrag bei kontrollierter Temperaturentwicklung. Die Politur ist frei von Silikonen, Wachsen und Füllstoffen.
Im zweiten Schritt sorgt die S30+ Swirl Remover Finish-Politur in Kombination mit dem Medium Pad orange für ein brillantes, hologrammfreies Finish – selbst auf dunklen oder empfindlichen Lacksystemen. Die S30+ enthält ebenfalls keine Füllstoffe und erzeugt ein perfektes Oberflächenbild durch mikrofeinen Abtrag.
Beide eingesetzten Pads bestehen aus hochwertigem, retikuliertem Schaumstoff mit offenporiger Struktur, wodurch eine gleichmäßige Wärmeableitung und eine hohe Standzeit ermöglicht werden. Die patentierte Spider-Technologie im navy-blauen Pad sorgt zudem für maximalen Abtrag durch eine vergrößerte Oberfläche und Poliermittelaufnahme.
Zwei hochwertige MicroPLUS Poliertücher bordeaux runden das Set ab und ermöglichen das schlierenfreie Abnehmen aller Politurrückstände.
